Limited Scope Engagement

By purchasing the “AI Clarity Call” session, you agree as that Erin Austin Law PLLC (“Attorney”) will provide the following services (the “Services”): One (1) 60-minute Q&A session via Zoom (the “Session”) to answer the legal question set forth in the “AI Clarity Call” booking questionnaire (the “Question”).

You agree that Attorney is not engaged to represent you generally in connection with the matter to which the Question relates, but rather, that Attorney will limit the scope of representation to provide only the specific Services during the Session.

In order to act in your best interest and give you competent legal advice in the context of a limited scope engagement, Attorney is not able to provide help outside of the scope of this engagement.

While performing the limited legal services, Attorney:

• Does not promise any particular outcome.

• Relies entirely on your disclosure of facts and will not make any independent investigation of the facts.

Attorney will not represent, speak for, appear for or sign papers on your behalf. Further, Attorney will not provide any services that are not identified above and will not make decisions for you about any aspect of the matter.

Client agrees to pay a flat fee of $1,250 for the Session.  

Although Attorney may offer an opinion about possible results regarding issues discussed during the Call, Attorney cannot guarantee any particular result. Attorney does not give tax advice.  Please consult a tax professional for tax advice.

Each party shall keep the confidential information of the other party strictly confidential and not use it for its own benefit except in connection with the Session. Either party may disclose confidential information to its legal and other advisors for the purposes of obtaining advice from them. This clause shall continue in perpetuity.

Each party shall retain sole and exclusive right, title and interest to, and has all patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret and all other property rights in and to all of its intellectual property and confidential information, and nothing herein will be construed as transferring any aspects of such rights to the other party or to any third party.

This engagement will automatically terminate upon completion of the Session without any further act or communication by either you or Attorney.  Attorney will provide no further services to you without entering into a further engagement which details the scope of and fee for those services.

These terms and conditions are the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements and arrangements, whether written or oral. 

 CLIENT'S CONSENT

I have read this limited scope engagement and I understand it. I agree that the legal services listed above are the only legal services to be provided by Attorney. I understand and agree that the Attorney who is helping me with these services is not my Attorney for any other purpose and does not agree to give me additional legal assistance unless specifically agreed and a new engagement is entered. In exchange for Attorney's limited representation, I agree to pay the attorney's fee described above.

By purchasing the services, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the terms above.
